Analyze the role of hospitals in ASC joint ventures and describe mutually beneficial partnership pathways.

Attendees will be able to articulate why hospitals should adapt to outpatient EP, how JV models protect service lines, and what makes a JV contract balanced and durable.

Develop a framework for negotiating payer contracts specific to AFib, SVT, TEE, and EP diagnostic procedures in an outpatient setting.
